Here are some tips to make your visit go as smoothly as possible.

Calling your Doctor

Your Doctor will try to take your call but may be away or busy with patients. Please let us know if it is urgent.

Test Results

Please book an appointment to get your test results. Only in rare cases this can be done over the phone, at the GPs discretion.

Specialist Referrals

You will need a GP referral to receive a Medicare rebate.  You will need to receive a referral to be Triaged before we can book an appointment.

If you would like to see Dr Tucker and Dr Miller without a referral you will not receive any Medicare rebate and there is a chance that the condition may not be treated if we are unable to triage before the initial consult.

Recalls & Reminders

Our reminder system is to tell you about recurring healthcare issues such as annual check-ups, care planning and immunisations. Please advise reception if you want to opt out of reminders.

You may be asked back for a follow up appointment, if your GP advises.
